A 35-year-old male with a history of ACL rupture in 2010, who underwent ACL reconstruction in 2011, presents in 2021 with a sensation of instability following a recent trauma.

A 28-year-old male experienced a right knee dislocation while playing football three weeks ago. No damage to the popliteal artery. The dislocation was reduced through an external manoeuver in the OR, and the knee was subsequently immobilized using a cruropedial splint.
