How will this initiative be developed?
The Practical Course Orthopedics will feature digital activities and in-person meetings all year long, with a strong focus on innovation and case-based practice.
Daily practice: based on sharing surgical techniques but also the analysis of cases.
Live clinical evaluation to exchange on the analysis of a situation and the operative (and non- operative!) indications.
Organization: based on sharing the management of patients in our institutions. Patient's pathway and augmented experience of care.
Data driven care: based on sharing the analysis of our practice.
Routine data collection - How and which data? Too often labelled as research, this is key for every professional involved. We aim to improve experience of care and promote value in health.
Soft skills: based on sharing tips and tricks that make our lives and those of our patients easier. High intensity practices and work-life balance.
