The PCO tour 2023 / Virtual fellowship - In this session focused on technical aspects, Bertrand Sonnery Cottet introduces his established protocol, highlighting key landmarks and graft harvesting techniques.
He then proceeds to perform an ACL and extra-articular reconstruction on a young soccer player, employing a more efficient, rapid, and cost-effective approach: left attached semi-tendinosus, along with anterolateral ligament reconstruction using the gracilis muscle, following the DT3 + 2 technique.
The case is followed by an insightful discussion with Etienne Cavaignac, Michael Hantes, Philipp Niemeyer and Peter Verdonk.
